Salty Bird Holidays are small (5-10) female group holidays run on the island of Ko Lanta, Thailand.
Designed with fun and relaxation in mind, as well as spending time with like-minded female non-drinkers, we offer fantastic food and drinks; stunning locations; memorable activities and the chance to join some easy-going sober curious coaching.
ABOUT
US
We’re Laura and Reb, the original Salty Birds.
We met on Ko Lanta, Thailand back in 2018 (as drinkers) and became fast friends. Both from the UK, Reb hails from Wales and Laura from Manchester.
Having both been on our own separate journeys with booze, we both stopped drinking back in 2022.
We decided to combine our skills, and our mutual love of holidays and Ko Lanta to create something special. Laura got to the semi-final of UK Masterchef in 2015 and Reb is a qualified Executive Coach.
Together we’re on a mission to create fun filled (but restful) booze free holidays with great food, brilliant activities and a chance to grow your confidence or explore new life goals with creative and light hearted coaching.
